Fournier is a limited edition coffee from Costa Rica, specifically from the Terrazú region. Produced by Gerrardo & Jennifer Arias at Finca Casa De Piedra, this coffee is made from Red Catuai variety beans processed using the Anaerobic Natural method. Grown at an elevation of 1500-1800 meters above sea level, it is micro batch roasted to order on London's Brick Lane. The coffee is described as deliciously bold without being overly esoteric.
