Francisco Recinos' natural processed Gesha varietal coffee from Finca San Andres in the Chalatenango region of El Salvador, grown at 1800 MASL. This single-origin specialty coffee features carefully selected micro-lots with hand-harvested fully ripe cherries fermented in sacks for 11-17 hours before de-pulping and washing. The beans are slowly dried on raised beds for 10-16 days. Tasting notes include blackberry, raisin, blueberry, and jasmine.
