This is a certified organic French Roast Fair Trade coffee. It features strong, sweet and smoky flavor with a hint of chocolate aftertaste. The coffee is low acid and bitterness-free, and is not over-roasted nor bitter. It has been certified organic by Where Food Comes From Organic.
Established in 1989 in Montenegro by a family with deep coffee roasting heritage spanning multiple generations, Momentto expanded to the United States in 2001 and now operates from a 2022 West Chandler location. Owned by Mina Vukovic and her father Peter, the family brings over 50 years of combined coffee experience and a heritage tracing back to their grandfather's roasting work. This multigenerational roastery blends Old World traditions with contemporary specialty coffee practices, carrying forward the family's decades long commitment to roasting excellence.
