Features cooked fruit, rich chocolate, and complex sugars with flavor notes of strawberry jam, cocoa nib, and molasses. Opens with sweet strawberry jam in the first sip, transitions to the nutty earthiness of cocoa nib, before settling into developed sweetness with a syrupy mouthfeel. Balanced low-toned flavors with a sprinkle of fruitiness. Works great for brewed coffee and espresso, and takes cream and sugar well, accentuating its molasses-y characteristics.

The roastery runs a Loring S15 Falcon.
