Made from Ethiopian Heirloom varietals, this Grade 1 Arabica is specifically roasted for espresso. The cup is described as fruit-forward, syrupy, bright, clean, and balanced, with tasting notes of strawberry, raspberry, hibiscus, red grape, and candy cane. Roast level is light/medium.
