About This Coffee

This seasonal blend features a combination of Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra varieties grown at elevations between 800m and 2,200m. It undergoes mixed processing methods including both natural/dry and fully washed techniques. The medium roast profile delivers flavor notes of forest berries, milk chocolate, and orange peel with sweet black-forest acidity and a smooth body. As a pour over, the blend opens with dark berries married with dried fruits and finishes with delicate nutty raisins. When prepared as espresso, it offers dehydrated berries, orange chocolate, and nuts with a balanced combination of fruits and chocolate.
