This is a seasonal light roast blend from LiLo Coffee Roasters inspired by Japanese summer festivals and fireworks. The blend combines Ethiopia Logita Washed, Ethiopia Aramo Natural Light, and Kenya Kiamabara AA. It features refreshing lemon and grapefruit flavors with juicy sweet and sour cranberry notes, finishing with a lingering sweetness reminiscent of loquat in syrup. The coffee has a floral character with citrus brightness and berry accents, designed for cold brew and filter methods.
