About This Coffee

Fundochamba is from a small mountain community outside of Quilanga in Ecuador's Loja province. A group of 14 growers partnered with Roberto Jimenez of Capamaco Trading, whose experience in post-harvest processing and quality control has helped improve quality and connect with the specialty market. The coffee features dried apricot-like fruit tones layered over chocolate and toasted almond flavors.
