Gamma Ray

A darker-roast espresso blend designed for those who prefer a more traditional espresso style. The base is Estrella del Ostro, a washed Colombian lot, complemented by one or two additional coffees chosen for their ability to hold up to heavier roasting. This blend emphasizes body, richness, and depth, offering a syrupy cup with lower acidity. Features dark chocolate, toasted pecan, and brown sugar notes. Suitable for espresso machines, home machines, and stovetop espresso pots, performing well in milk including almond, oat, and soy alternatives.
