A single origin Ethiopian coffee from the Gargari Kabele farm in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe region, grown at 2,000 meters above sea level. Produced by Birhanu Geda and made from the Ethiopia Heirloom variety. Washed processed — depulped and placed in stainless steel tanks with all its mucilage. Features bright florals, orange, maple, berries, tropical, goji, strawberry, and citrus flavor notes with sparkling acidity and elevated sweetness.
