This single origin coffee comes from the Gatagua cooperative in the Muranga region of Kenya, consisting of approximately 1000 members, one-third of whom are women. The cooperative was established in 2020 with the motto "Quality determines the price" and aims to produce the best coffee in the region. The coffee is grown at altitudes between 1600-1850 meters above sea level. It features SL28 and Ruiru varieties and is wet processed. The flavor profile includes pleasant berry notes, redcurrant, and citrus.
