Gerba Dogo Natural

A natural-processed coffee from the Gerba Dogo washing station in the Bule Hora district of the Guji region, Ethiopia. Grown at 2100–2300 masl in volcanic highlands by the Gata family in partnership with over 220 smallholder farmers. The Heirloom variety cherries are hand-picked and sun-dried on raised beds for 21 days, preserving a fruity and balanced profile with tasting notes of ripe raspberries, lemon, and floral notes.
