Gesha from Las Marias estate in Pijao, Quindío, Colombia (1950 MASL). Single-origin Gesha variety, double-washed (two-stage fermentation with pulping and washes) and dried on raised beds. Bright, floral and juicy with Sunkist orange and peach notes; filter roast for clarity and a delicate, expressive body.
