This washed Geisha variety coffee comes from Santa Mónica farm in Quindío, Colombia, run by Jairo Arcila and his family. The beans are selectively harvested and fermented underwater for 30 hours, then fully washed and dried under close supervision. The coffee offers lifted florals and gentle citrus notes with white grape brightness and a clean, tea-like finish. It features a soft yet precise profile and works well across multiple brewing styles.
