This is a Gesha varietal coffee from Peru, grown at 2050 meters altitude in the Agua Azul region of Chontali, Cajamarca. Produced by Single estate Finca Los Quispe, the coffee undergoes anaerobic washed processing. The profile aims for a classic Gesha character with clean, fruity, light, floral and sweet notes. Micro batch roasted to order on London's Brick Lane.
