Geisha variety from Hacienda La Esmeralda in Chiriqui, Panama, grown at 2,050 meters elevation. This washed microlot was harvested May 6th, 2025 from the Nido lot on the Cañas Verdes farm. After harvest, cherries were depulped and fermented in a low temperature room for 72 hours, then slowly dried on raised beds for 11 days. Notes of jasmine, orange, honey, and violet.
