Giku is an anaerobic fermentation washed Bourbon variety coffee from Kayanza, Burundi, grown at 1700 meters altitude. Since 2020, when a dedicated washing station opened on Giku Hill, this region has demonstrated unique characteristics. The processing method enhances sweet berry qualities while maintaining bright citrus notes. The cup profile features bright and zesty fruit followed by berry and honey notes.
