This coffee is from Gilcimar Tilli's farm Sitio Vargem Grande in Brejetuba, Espírito Santo, Brazil, at 1000 meters altitude. The variety is Yellow Catuai (Gul Catuai), processed using the washed method. The region benefits from high humidity and relatively low temperatures due to its proximity to the ocean and mountainous terrain, creating a unique microclimate for Espírito Santo. The mineral-rich soils and surrounding deep forests contribute to the terroir. The coffee features lively citrus, crunchy raw sugar sweetness, and milk chocolate notes.
