This Brazilian coffee is from Gilcimar Tilli's farm Sitio Vargem Grande in Brejetuba, Espírito Santo. The Yellow Catuai variety is grown at 1000 meters altitude and washed processed. The region's unique microclimate, influenced by ocean proximity and mountain ranges, creates high humidity and relatively low temperatures. The mineral-rich soils and surrounding deep forests contribute to the coffee's distinct terroir. The flavor profile features lively citrus, brittle raw sugar sweetness, and milk chocolate notes.
