Golden Huila is a single-origin coffee from the Huila region of Colombia, produced under the "Young Farmers of Huila" community project through the Coocentral cooperative, which unites over 3,000 farms. This coffee is grown on small family farms and features the Castillo and Caturra varieties. The wet processing method preserves clean flavor notes of milk chocolate, complemented by orange, cane sugar sweetness, and floral character. The coffee offers a full body, rich fruity notes, gentle acidity, and excellent balance.
Stow Coffee Roasters operates its roastery in Kamnik, with a cafe in Ljubljana serving as the public face of the brand. The focus is on freshness, quality sourcing, and creating a welcoming hub for Slovenia's growing specialty coffee community.
