This washed coffee comes from Gotiti kebele (community) in Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe coffee-growing region. The Gotiti washing station, established in 2023, processes between 500-600 tons of coffee annually from approximately 860 regional smallholder farmers. The coffee features a classic washed Ethiopian profile with bright jasmine florals, juicy melon and fruit punch notes, and a lingering black tea finish. Flavor notes include black cherry, fruit punch, and intensely floral characteristics.
