This coffee is from Acevedo, San Adolfo, Huila, Colombia at 1600 meters above sea level. Produced by Brayan Alvear with various smallholder farmers and processed at Ancla Milling Station. The coffee is a blend of varieties and undergoes a fruit-infused anaerobic process involving 24 hours pre-fermentation in plastic bags, 24 hours in cherry aerobically, then depulping and fermenting with dehydrated and ground grapes for 5 days anaerobically, followed by 10 days of mechanical drying with a 5-day stall. The flavor profile features grape notes.

Kimhak brings over 30 years of food service experience and a culinary background; Eugenia combines structural engineering with commercial illustration and handles the brand's visual identity.
