This coffee is from Fazenda do Cruzeiro in Santo Antônio do Amparo, Campo das Vertentes, Brazil. The farm, established in 1923, covers 1,021 hectares with 381 hectares dedicated to coffee cultivation. This lot features Yellow Catucai variety grown at 905-1160 meters altitude. The coffee is natural processed, with cherries harvested only when fully ripe using mechanical and hand-picking methods, then sun-dried on large cement patios. The flavor profile offers smooth cocoa and fresh fruit layered with creamy peanut butter and a delicate wine-like acidity. Produced by Ivan Junqueira Ribeiro and sourced through Sancoffee cooperative.
