A naturally processed coffee from Guatemala, sourced through partner Covoya working with producers at the Ayarza washing station, including farmer Arnaldo López who operates a 12.6-hectare farm. The lot undergoes a 120-hour (5-day) anaerobic fermentation in hermetically sealed recycled bags before being dried on cement surfaces and finished in a mechanical dryer to 11.5% moisture. Described as vibrant and complex with great sweetness and a creamy body, featuring notes of tropical fruit and caramel.
