This is a single origin honey process coffee from Guatemala, produced by Fredy Orantes on his 7-hectare farm Buena Vista in the Fraijanes region, Casillas, Santa Rosa at 1870 meters altitude. The lot is processed as a Red Honey variety, dried under the strong sun which allows the coffee to dry in its own sugar. The result is a powerful and full-bodied coffee with mature red fruit tones. Quality scored 87 points with a lot size of 600 kilos harvested in March.
