This single-origin coffee comes from the El Injerto farm in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, produced by Arturo Aguirre at 1500–2000 m. It is the Bourbon variety processed using a washed method and roasted to a medium level. Cupping notes highlight bright, juicy apple acidity, dense honeyed apricot sweetness, and a smooth, slowly fading aftertaste. Recommended for espresso and filter preparations.
