This coffee is from the Sierra de las Minas mountain range in eastern Guatemala, which stretches between 150 and 3010 meters in altitude across the departments of Alta Verapaz, Baja Verapaz, El Progreso, Izabal, and Zacapa. The region is a declared biosphere reserve with diverse microclimates created by Atlantic Caribbean winds. The coffee is washed processed and features flavor notes of apricot, caramel, milk chocolate, and pear.
