This coffee is sourced from Finca Huixoc, a large estate farm located in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala at an altitude of 1250-1800 meters. The farm utilizes sustainable practices, including shade-grown cultivation and organic fertilization. This washed coffee is processed at the farm's own wet mill and dried on sun-drenched patios. The farm produces a variety of cultivars, including Bourbon, Caturra, Anacafé 14, Sarchimor, and Obata. This coffee is suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
