La Folie is a coffee from the farm of producer Penny Matheu, located outside the historical city of Antigua, Guatemala. The coffee cherries are processed at the Bella Vista mill, operated by Luis Pedro Zelaya. This is a 2020 crop with a perfect balance of fruit, chocolate and creaminess. The cup features ripe berries and tropical fruit dominant notes, alongside lovely vanilla and honey sweetness. There are also dark chocolate, fudgy flavors with a rich body.
