This coffee is a natural process single origin from Guatemala's volcanic Acatenango region. Grown at 1570 meters altitude on Finca La Pampa, a farm founded in 1945 and managed by the Pérez family for five generations. The beans are Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai varieties. It presents a sweet and syrupy cup with red cherry, strawberry compote, and rose wine notes. The coffee carries the "Appellation d'Origine Acatenango" label and has an SCA score of 87.
