About This Coffee

Pastoral is a Bourbon variety coffee grown by the Fedecocagua cooperative in the Antigua region of Guatemala at 1650 meters altitude. Antigua is one of Guatemala's highest and driest cultivated regions, with coffees grown on volcanic slopes under a dense shade canopy in 65% year-round humidity. Processed using the washed method, this coffee offers a full body with heavy sweetness and medium acidity. Tasting notes include vanilla, caramel, and butter, with hints of chocolate and fruit.
