Quickborn Roastery

Quickborn is a specialty coffee roastery based in the Devín district of Bratislava, founded by Tomáš, a barista, and Petru, a bartender, who started experimenting with a small roaster in a tool shed. That early tinkering led them to convert a horsebox into a mobile coffee and cocktail unit, and the operation has since grown to cover weddings, corporate events, festivals, and rooftop parties using both the horsebox trailer and modular folding bars. The roastery handles everything from 250 gram retail bags to 250 kilogram wholesale orders, and its coffee listings on specialty platforms show single origins from producers in places like Uganda's Mount Elgon region. The name Quickborn and the dual focus on craft coffee and cocktails reflect the founders' belief that great drinks deserve the same care whether they start with a bean or a bottle.
