This is a Yellow Bourbon varietal coffee from Finca Retana in Guatemala. The yellow bourbon cultivar was selected by French colonists and tends to ripen earlier than other varieties with a balanced flavor profile and moderate acidity. The coffee features prominent tasting notes of mango, vanilla, and caramel with hints of root beer. It is recommended for all brew methods including espresso.
