About This Coffee

Single-origin washed coffee from Ayarza, Santa Rosa, Guatemala, processed at the Ayraza Cherry Mill. Grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes of 1,400-2,000 meters. A blend of varieties including Anacafé 14, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and San Ramón. Medium roast with flavor notes of black cherry compote, apricot, and caramel apple. Processed using mechanical washing, Centriflux water removal, and low-temperature mechanical drying to create a sweet, full-bodied profile.
