Faodail Roastery

About This Coffee

This is an exquisite fully washed coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia, grown by smallholder farmers in the Oromia Region. The coffee features bright citrus and stone-fruit acidity with classic Ethiopian floral aromatics. The beans are from the Gibirinna and Serto varieties (74110 and 74112), grown at an altitude of 2,000-2,200 metres above sea level. Processed using the fully washed method, the coffee is exported by Sookoo, a sustainable organization managed by Ture Ware and his family.

Faodail Roastery

Faodail Roastery is a Glasgow based specialty roaster founded by Kenneth and Simone. The name is Gaelic for "lucky find." They keep the range deliberately focused: one blend and a small number of single origins, chosen for quality and seasonality. All coffee is 100% Arabica, roasted in small batches to order and dispatched immediately to preserve freshness. Sourcing runs through leading specialty importers with an emphasis on ethical, sustainable, and traceable supply chains. Their retail packaging is fully recyclable and carbon neutral, and wholesale customers receive complimentary barista training.
