Gesha variety from Hacienda La Esmeralda (Cañas Verdes), Chiriquí, Panama, grown at ~1750 m. Natural-processed and dried 46 days on raised beds in a climate-controlled, dehumidified room. Light roast with floral and tropical fruit notes—Jasmine, Cantaloupe, Mango, Peaches, Pineapple—and bright acidity with a delicate body.
