This blend combines 50% La Cidra Decaf from Honduras and 50% Rotutu from East Timor. The La Cidra component uses EA (Ethyl Acetate) decaffeination. The coffee offers a velvety texture with flavor notes of cherry and nougat.

The roastery operates from Walthamstow in East London. Sourcing is built on long term direct relationships with producers, supported by forward buying and pre financing to ensure stability and fairness across the supply chain.
