About This Coffee

This coffee comes from the Halo Beriti Washing Station in Gedeb (Yirgacheffe), Ethiopia, at 2,100–2,300 meters altitude, founded in 2014. It is sourced from 750 smallholder farmers who deliver coffee in cherry form. The variety is Mixed Heirloom (various old Ethiopian cultivars), processed naturally on raised drying beds. This special batch undergoes repeated hand-sorting throughout reception and drying to ensure only flawless cherries are included. Flavor notes include apricot, hibiscus, and raspberry. 100% Arabica, imported by Cafe Imports.
