About This Coffee

This single-origin Ethiopian coffee comes from the Hambela region in Guji. It is processed at the Hambela Wamena Washing Station, founded in 2018 and located at the highest mountain peak of Guji Hambela, serving approximately 3,900 producers from surrounding towns. The coffee is Ethiopian Heirloom variety, naturally processed, and grown at altitudes between 1970-2241 meters above sea level. It features flavor notes of blueberry, dark chocolate, and lavender. This espresso roast is suited for espresso extraction with a recommended recipe of 20g in/44g out with a 27-30 second extraction time.
