This coffee is a single estate honey-processed coffee from El Salvador, grown at Finca La Hondurita in the La Palma region of Chalatenango at 1500-1550 meters altitude. The beans are the Pacamara varietal, cultivated by farmer Fito Montiel. The roaster describes it as a lively, sweet espresso with big body, clean acidity and sweetness, suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
