This is a single origin decaf coffee from Quindio, Colombia. The coffee is produced by Finca Los Nogales (Hernandez Family) at 1750-1950 meters altitude. It is made from Caturra varietal beans processed using the innovative Mucilage EA method, resulting in a light roast with flavor notes of Raspberry, Vanilla, and Crème Brûleé.
