This flagship Hawai'i-grown espresso blend combines Kona and Ka'ū coffees from the Big Island. Kona coffees from volcanic slopes contribute body, sweetness, and roundness, while Ka'ū coffees from higher elevations add clarity, balance, and gentle brightness. All coffees are hand-harvested and sourced directly from Hawai'i farms. The medium-dark roast is designed specifically for espresso performance with extended development to enhance solubility, mouthfeel, and chocolate-toned sweetness. Flavor notes include caramel, hazelnut, dark chocolate, and tropical fruit with a silken, creamy body and balanced, gentle acidity. Coffee Review awarded this blend 94 points.
