This unique coffee combines Orange, Yellow, and Red Bourbon varietals at 1300m altitude. Processed via anaerobic fermentation in cherry for 96 hours with selected microbes, then dried on raised beds for 20+ days. City Roast. Tasting notes include mango, papaya, and jasmine in the original; the MSG-infused variant exhibits fresh peach with fuller body and smoother mouthfeel.
