This coffee is a single origin from the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica, grown by members of the Coope Dota cooperative in Santa Maria de Dota at 1500-1800 meters altitude. It is a washed coffee made from Caturra and Catuai varieties. Expect tasting notes of pear, cashew nuts, and chocolate mocha.
