This coffee is a single origin from Valle del Cauca, Colombia. It is produced by Café Granja La Esperanza, a pioneering Colombian producer run by the Herrera family since the 1940s. The coffee is made from the Colombia varietal and processed using natural methods. It is grown at altitudes between 1400 and 1860 meters above sea level across their estates including Las Margaritas, La Esperanza, Potosí and Cerro Azul. The coffee exhibits flavor notes of dragon fruit, martini, and cacao dusting.
Dark Arts Coffee is a London-based roastery known for its rebellious spirit, occult-inspired branding, and a serious passion for great coffee. They take a "no-nonsense" approach, sourcing high-quality beans and roasting them to perfection. Their philosophy is to make "hellishly good coffee" without the pretension, often collaborating with artists and musicians.
