This Bourbon variety coffee comes from Finca Himalaya in El Salvador, a farm in family hands since 1880. Producer Mauricio uses natural processing, slow drying the coffee for more than 30 days to develop its richly flavored profile. The espresso offers notes of candied pineapple and dark chocolate.
