This Geisha coffee comes from Los Lajones farm on the southwestern side of Volcán Barú in Chiriquí, Panama, managed by Graciano Cruz. The farm sits at elevations between 1,800 and 2,100 meters. The handpicked Geisha cherries undergo a washed process where skins and mucilage are removed, followed by gentle rinsing and drying on raised beds. The coffee features notes of jasmine, peach, citrus zest, bergamot, and honey with a clean, tea-like body. The farm employs eco-friendly methods with minimal environmental impact.
