About This Coffee

This is a special origin blend combining Ethiopian and Ugandan coffees. The beans are grown at elevations between 1,200 and 2,200 meters above sea level. Processing methods include both natural and washed. The roast profile is medium with flavor notes of blackberry, maple syrup, and hazelnut toffee. The coffee has low-medium acidity and a medium body. As an espresso, it offers orange and sparkling notes blending with roasty-sweet chocolate, reminiscent of a chocolate yule cake.
