Holysh*t! is a signature espresso blend consisting of 40% natural Ethiopia Halo Beriti and 60% natural Brazil Chapadão de Ferro. The Ethiopian component is an Heirloom variety grown at 1950-2150 meters, while the Brazilian component is Mundo Novo variety grown at 1150-1260 meters. Both components are naturally processed. This blend offers a flavor profile of chocolate, strawberries, and marzipan, specifically crafted for espresso brewing.
