Noble Coffee Roasting

About This Coffee

This organic coffee is produced by COCASAM (Cooperativa Cafetalera Sanmarqueña Ltd), a cooperative founded in 1988 in the Municipality of San Marcos de Colón, Honduras, near the Nicaragua border. The farms are located on the Botija ridge, a mountainous area within a protected pine forest region in southern Honduras. The coffee is grown in an ideal microclimate perfumed by flowers and pine. Varieties include Bourbon, Typica, and Catuai, processed using the washed method and sun-dried. The coffee features flavors of tangerine and almond butter with a plush, smooth body, finishing with notes of oolong tea and cantaloupe. Aromas include cinnamon roll and toffee.
